Golden sour with pineapple & passionfruit
This blended golden sour beer was fermented with our ultra-tropical Brettanomyces house cultures, and conditioned 220g/l of pineapple and passionfruit puree for one month. Brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats this super juicy base beer provided flavors of mango, passionfruit and tinned pineapple which were further intensified with the fruit additions.
