Royal Oak is an Old Ale brewed in November 2020 using fine English malts and hops, and has been aged for 22 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels.
All this time spent in barrels has enriched this hearty Old Ale with intense barrel character, giving impressions of fresh bourbon, grilled banana, vanilla, brown sugar and coconut - a rich and decadent complexity of flavors that is only reached by a long, patient maturation in wooden barrels.

from 28th December 2020 until October 2022.
