A medium bodied, fresh and citrusy IPA made with mandarin and blood orange. Slightly on the stronger side, but still very drinkable with a nice balance between hops and fruit.
Brewer's Notes: our second time using orange in an IPA, the idea here was to give a nice, fruity and slightly acidity twiste to the base of a hazy IPA. We used a blend of blood orange and mandarin juice to give a more complex orange character and dried hopped with Idaho 7 to complement the mandarin.
