Cold IPA is the newest trend from the states. If you think India Pale Lager, you are wrong. The malt bill consists of pilsner malt and flaked rice to create a crispy body. We fermented it cold and dry hopped it like a New England DIPA. We think it’s a style that showcases our premium hops awesomely. We could drink it all day long dude!
