One barley wine, split between five barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 5 year old apricot brandy barrel. The brandy was rich and sweet with syrupy apricots, which brings out delightfully complimentary noted in the beer, The profile will continue to change as it matures but it's a delicious beer to enjoy now.
