One barley wine, split between five barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 30 year old Olorosso cask and has a nutty, spicy profile, with suggestions of tobacco, leather amd dried fruits. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it's a delicious beer to enjoy.
