One of five collaboration DOINKS we've brewed for Great Doink Day 2026!
Dry-hopped sours have always been intriguing to us, however we've never really brewed one, so when the guys from @flying_couch_brewing suggested it, we were 100% on board - the hops remain as Cashmere, Columbus, Citra and Mosaic as always - we can't wait to try the final result at Great Doink Day 2026
