Prices
At Beermatch.dk, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and deposit. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
Beermatch.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
We ship your items with GLS. If you pay for the shipping yourself, you can choose PostNord.
Beermatch.dk strives to deliver orders placed within 48 hours.
We ship to all of Denmark.
Shipping price: 69 DKK for Parcel shop with GLS, 90 DKK for Parcel shop with PostNord
Orders will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop to your address.
Write in the comments field at checkout if you want your order delivered to a specific parcel shop (Remember that it must be a GLS parcel shop, unless you pay the shipping yourself).
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact us.
If you do NOT have time to pick up your package at the parcel shop, you will have to pay for delivery again.
Free delivery is offered for purchases of at least DKK 299 in the following postal codes: 2610, 2700, 2720, 2730, 2740, 2750, 2800, 2820, 2830 and 2860, 2870, 2880 and 3500
Free local delivery is available on Thursdays unless otherwise agreed. If you want to receive your order on a Thursday, the order must be placed no later than the day before (Wednesday).
Free delivery will be made to the front door unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is preferably made in person.
For purchases over 599 DKK, shipping is free throughout the country.
We do not deliver to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-5 business days after ordering, if the item is a stock item. If it is a pre-order, the delivery time may take longer. You will be informed of an approximate delivery time before purchase.
Shipping to Germany and Sweden
We ship to Germany and Sweden with PostNord to a pick up point serviced by PostNord.
The price is DKK 119 no matter the weight.
Free delivery for orders of DKK 799 and above.
We will make sure we package and send orders within 48 hours from the time of ordering.
The delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.
IMPORTANT: If you DON'T pick up your package in time you will have to pay shipping fee's both return to Denmark, and return to your pick up point again!

Shipping to The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland and Luxembourg
We ship to The Netherlands and Belgium with PostNord to a pick up point serviced by PostNord.
The price is DKK 139 no matter the weight.
Free delivery for orders of DKK 999 and above.
We will make sure we package and send orders within 48 hours from the time of ordering.
The delivery time is approximately 3-6 business days.
IMPORTANT: If you DON'T pick up your package in time you will have to pay shipping fee's both return to Denmark, and return to your pick up point again!

Right of complaint
There is a two-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. However, for goods with a limited lifespan, your right of complaint is limited to the shelf life that is usual for the goods in question.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect storage or handling of the goods.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Refund
If it is a refund, we will transfer the agreed amount to the credit card used or via mobile pay by agreement.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for agreements for the delivery of food, beverages or other goods for the household's current consumption. This also ensures that the beer you receive has previously been with other customers.
In-store pickup
We do not have a physical store or office. However, it is of course possible to pick up goods for free at the address:
