Brewery Notes:
Wild golden ale brewed with local wheat and aged in chianti foudre. Brewed with out wild yeast culture (The Garden Party) this is the second vintage of the beautiful Carolyn. Bright golden colour with soft head. Aroma is green apple and apricot skin. On the palate a soft rounded acidity leads to orange blossom honey, plum, rhubarb and a touch of savouriness. Light but round bodied, crisp and lively. Just like her name-sake.
